glaarb: Hello CEWallace! I have put a few hours into your Minecraft server now, and have been enjoying it. I particularly like the spawn and how well-configured the plugins are. The systems work nicely together.
I just wanted to mention some things using Discord DM as it's a lot easier than multiple Minecraft mails. I saw the in-game mail you sent me about report keys, so I guess you fixed the 2 issues I found, which is great. However, I was last in the creative world and it gave me the keys in my creative inventory rather than my /pv 1.
I am unable to use the crates even if I try.,

I have no permissions to message in the Discord server (I can see one channel, #start). I'm not sure if it's still in the process of being set up, but just thought I'd flag it.

I am in the UK. That means that I am 7 hours ahead of you. After March this will become 8. What time are you and mcmgr usually getting online, in your time? Usually the latest I'm online is midnight my time (5pm for you), but I'm happy to stay on an extra hour or two if it means I get to meet and play with you guys.

If I report more bugs in the future, I would not like to receive a key for each one, if possible. The chests are an amazing and unique system, but it has been fairly easy to get keys so far.

Owner: Thank for all your input we love to hear from players and any suggestion that they have.
I am on mostly from 10pm to 6am pst.. I do most of my server work offline on my test server, this allows me to update the server plugins and test them before I upload it all to the mail server. After I do that I play on the server as a player under different ingame names. The server is new so it may take some time before we get a good study player count.

Regards to Discord: I had so many issues with them in the past from hackers accessing discord just to access the ingame chat system and start trolling players causing many of the to leave, I came from one server that the owner found out that it was one of the Discords own technician that was doing the hacking and causing trouble, I do not need  the headache. So I use Discord for Voice Chat only. Discord chat is unmonitored for the most part.

If I could suggest one thing, it would be making the parkour harder or reducing the reward. I beat it in (I think) 15 minutes and got 10 keys, if I remember correctly.

Owner: Parkour Will change the rewards to half. 15 min: humm, yea sounds like it maybe to easy after all, I can't do parkour due to my age I keep dyeing, Will have someone look into thank you.

I hope to meet you sometime, I really love the server so far.
