Code of Conduct

0. All staff members are not allowed to spawn in any items at any time for any reason.
1. No Player username restrictions All players can use appropriate as well as inappropriate usernames.
2. Your Minecraft skin can be anything you wish.
3. Griefing is allowed on unprotected and/or unclaimed builds only.
4. Do not keep asking for free stuff or beg for items; it can get you jailed.
5. Do not hack or cheat to gain an advantage that would not normally be available in regular gameplay.
6. Do not build any type of farm with the purpose to overwhelm or cause a negative impact on the server.
7. Modifications that control your player or automate actions are prohibited.
8. No AFK grinding or AFK fishing; it's cheating.
9. Speaking other languages in the global chat except English is not allowed.
10. Harassing staff members or other players is not allowed.
11. Impersonating staff members or other players is not allowed.
12. Using inappropriate language or creating inappropriate content is not allowed.
13. Malicious threats of any kind towards other players are not permitted.
14. Any threat or attempt to DOX/DDoS/SWAT another player or server will result in a permanent ban and prosecution charges.
15. Do not send any link that is deemed inappropriate or malicious.
16. If you encounter any disrespectful players, please report them. /report
17. If you are not sure if something is against the rules, please ask a staff member or post in the Q&A section.
18. Do not send spoilers in public chat.
19. Try to keep the chat civil and appropriate at all times.
20. Saying something to confuse or mislead other players is funny but not allowed.
21. Talking or joking about inappropriate subjects is allowed with limits.
22. Inappropriate builds are allowed.
23. Abusing a bug or a glitch in the server to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
24. Using an alternate account to bypass a ban is not allowed.
25. Do not use any form of automated programs or scripts.
26. Lying to staff members is not allowed.
27. Do not spam commands that negatively affect other players.
28. Do not use items that are not typically obtainable in-game on any other server.
29. You cannot use alternate accounts to spam chat, commands, or other communication methods.
30. Stealing other players’ unprotected items is allowed.
31. Teleport trapping is prohibited.
32. All clicks must be done manually (on a mouse) without rebinding.
33. Do not encourage other players to break rules. You too will do the time.
34. If you notice any player violating a rule, please report it; you will be rewarded. /report
35. Do not spam teleport requests.
36. Please try to build 100 blocks away from another player’s build.  Friends today, but what about tomorrow?
37. Do not place unwanted lava or water around the server; it's griefing—instant jail.
38  Do not use any fancy or glitchy characters in chat.
39. Building walls that extend the height from the ground to the server's maximum height is not allowed. It's griefing the server.

Do not use any client other than Minecraft’s Vanilla Client; players will be kicked from the server without warning or notice. You may return after you log back in with a 100% vanilla client.

Jail offenses include the rules listed above and time:
1st offense: Auto Message Warning
2nd offense: 30 min in jail.
3rd offense: 24 hours in jail.
4th offense: You just became one of our jail inmates. Enjoy your 30-day stay.
5th offense: You will be judged by the players and staff of Pickminecraft on letting you continue to have access to this server; you will be notified. And if you are allowed to return, please note that your player’s data will be reset and all property will be removed; you need to start over again. You will have 7 days to file an appeal on the forum once a decision has been made. If you are registered on the forum, you will be notified to log on and read the results posted on the forum.
